Documents & Photos
This section to host a digital library of primary documents, ancestor photographs, and historical maps. The importance of
having access to historical documentation when you are trying to identify ancestors who lived possibly hundreds of years ago is soon discovered by serious family historians and hobbyists alike. I am in hopes that offering access on Tarver-Gen to digital versions of the original documents will make your research easier.
This material is to be used for personal research use only. Read the copyright notice below and be sure to credit Tarver-Gen if you cite any document herein. I also would love to receive a note from you if this section proves useful to you. Drop me a few lines via <email> or stop by the guestbook and leave your comments.
Scanning takes an enormous amount of time, so I am in hopes this section will not grow too slowly! As the online collection grows, I will split the documents out into such categories as land, military, vitals.
