Ophelia Tarver Dies And Rites Held Here
Funeral services for Ophelia Andrews Tarver, 45, of Jena were held last Thursday at the Jena First Baptist church.
Officiating were the Revs. Dan Blake and S. B. Spinks.
Mrs. Tarver died Tuesday at the Baptist hospital in Alexandria. She was a housewife and member of the Baptist church.
Burial was in Belah cemetery at Trout with arrangements by Kinner and Stevens funeral home, Jena.
Survivors include, her husband, Bruce Tarver; one daughter, Anna Lee Tarver of Jena; two sons, Don and Jimmy of Jena; three brothers, Sam and Louie Andrews of Jena and Lester Andrews of Arp, Tex.; one sister, Mrs. Mary Lee Crooks of Jena; and her mother, Mrs. Sullivan S. Andrews of Jena.
