Mrs. W.A. Tarver Buried At Mt. Zion
Mrs. W.A. Tarver, 66 years, died Wednesday, December 12, at her home in Rochelle from pneumonia which had developed the day before. She had been an invalid for four years.
Funeral services were conducted at the home of Rev. Mrs. Wardlow of Montgomery, assisted by the Rev. Lee of Olla, and the pastor of the Methodist Church of Rochelle. Interment was in the Mt. Zion Cemetery several miles from Winnfield.
The deceased is survived by her husband and six children: Mrs. R.R. Rodgers of Rochelle, with whom she made her home, Mrs. Edward McQueen of Tullos, F.B. Tarver and O.K. Tarver, of Rochelle, Will Tarver of Beaumont, J.M. Tarver of Winnfield.
Besides her immediate family, Mrs. Tarver is survived by only one other relative, H. C. Horn of Shreveport, who with his family attended the funeral.
