Died 5:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 15, 1992, at Hood Memorial Hospital, Amite. She was 82, a native of Liberty, Miss., and a resident of Tangipahoa.
Visiting at McKneely Funeral Home, Kentwood,
6 to 10 p.m. Thursday, and 8 a.m. until religious services at 2 p.m.
Friday, conducted by the Rev. Otis Hope. Burial in Tangipahoa Cemetery. Survived by four daughters, Mrs. Lillian Easley and Mrs.
Frances Lebo, both of Tangipahoa, Mrs. Elaine Parker and Mrs. Ada Green, both of Baton Rouge; five sons, Richard Tarver and James Tarver, both of Picayune, Miss., Cecil Tarver, Satsuma, Thomas Tarver, Loranger, and John Tarver, Hammond; a sister, Mrs. Gladys Breeland, Tangipahoa; 43 grandchildren; 69 great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandchild; a number of nieces; and nephews.
Preceded in death by husband, Hollis L. Tarver; parents; two brothers; and a sister.

Wife of Hollis Lafayette Tarver, who was the son of Hollis Wilson Tarver and Lillian Virginia Deer, the grandson of Christopher Columbus Tarver and Mary Jane Bigner, great grandson of Samuel Wilson Tarver and Mary Ann Lilly.
Children: Lillian Eudora Tarver, Richard Earl Tarver, James Odell Tarver, Frances Imogene Tarver, Olive Elaine Tarver, Ada Mae Tarver, Thomas Ingram Tarver Sr., John Paul Tarver, and Cecil Donald Tarver, Sr.
