Mrs. Keiffer Tarver Is Buried At Mt. Zion Sunday, August 16
Mrs. Josie Davison Tarver, aged 31, died in Shreveport and was buried at Mt.
Zion near Wheeling last Sunday. Surviving are her husband, Keiffer Tarver; a
daughter Kathryn; and a small son; four brothers, Edward Davison, of Colfax,
Hershell Davison of Arkansas, Herbert and J.P. Davison of Montgomery; a
number of aunts and uncles in Colfax and one aunt, Mrs. Narcissus Collins of
Montgomery. Her parents preceded her in death several years ago.

Laura Josephine Davison, dau of William Stephen Davidson (buried Mount Zion Cem., Winn Par., Louisiana) and Katie Ella Fuller. Siblings: Thomas Edward Davison, Hershell Esley Davison, James Herbert Davison, John Pugh Davison, and Harrison Davison.
Husband: O. Keiffer Tarver (1899 - Dec 23, 1963), son of William A. Tarver and Malinda Caroline Harper. William and Malinda Tarver also are buried at Mount Zion Cem., Winn Par., Louisiana. Their children were: Lessie Tarver, Almeda Tarver, O. Keiffer Tarver, Will Tarver, Emma Tarver, Julius Marl Tarver, Frazier B. Tarver, and Opal Tarver.
William A. Tarver was the son of Elizabeth and Henry C. Tarver. Malinda was the daughter of Mary Rogers and George Harper.
