Agnes P. Tarver -
retired and a resident of Baton Rouge, she died Tuesday, May 13,
1997, at Baton Rouge General Medical Center. She was 71. Visiting was held at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd., 5 p.m.
to 9 p.m. Wednesday. Visiting at the funeral home, after 9 a.m.
until religious services in the chapel at 11 a.m. Thursday, conducted by the Rev. James Dorman and the Rev. Ted Bostick. Interment in Redwood Cemetery, Slaughter.
Survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Hazel and Ted Bostick and Beverley and Otis Bedwell; two sons and daughters-in-law, Richard and Marylynn Tarver and Allen and Jean Tarver; three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Louisa and Edward Turnley, Dorothy and Earl Harris and Gracie Ford; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Preceded in death by husband, Will A.
Tarver.
Pallbearers will be Richard Tarver Jr., Jeffery, Will and Robert Tarver, Patrick Bedwell and Edward Turnley Jr. Honorary pallbearers are Ted Bostick Jr., Joshua Bostick, Earl Harris Jr., and Michael, Steve and David Amond. She was a member of River Oaks Baptist Church.
