    to Wm. Lee by Samuel Canon, for use in his natural life then to go

  to son Thomas Lee.

    60 acres of same, during natural life, then to be divided among

  other boys,

  to son Joseph
    60 acres of same, provided he builds on, settles, clears and
    cultivates said land.

    remainder of tract.
