  Hannah,
  all my personal estate, house and plantation
  to raise the young children and to school them;

to my daughter
  Say Rochester,
  one dollar for her legacy besides what she has had;

to my other four daughters
  Liday,
  Hannah,
  Priscilla,
  Elizabeth,
  one feather bed and furniture a piece;

the property to be equally divided among my three youngest sons
  Johnathan,
  Jeremiah, and
  Samson;

to my youngest son
  William C. Lee,
  part of 941 acres granted to me 2 Spt 1816, adj. Peter Davis, Lipham
  survey, Whitmires branch;

to my son
  John Lee,
  two tracts, 66 acres and 00 acres, near John Ohillis;
