Elijah L Tarver Cemetery

Summit, Pike Co., Mississippi

Located in Summit, Pike Co., Mississippi, north of McComb. From I-55 take Hwy 98 west towards Meadville. Turn north on Liberty-Jackson Rd. SW and then turn right onto paved road past Adams United Methodist Church. Folow it to cemetery, about .4 miles.

Elijah Lovett Tarver was the son of Allen Tarver and Elizabeth Cockerham, who were
married on Jul 30, 1809 in Amite Co., Mississippi.  His brother, Elisha Lott Tarver,
married Hannah French Hamilton on Dec 30, 1847 in Amite county, Mississippi.  His
sister, Elizabeth Ann Tarver, married William Richmond on May 11, 1836 in Amite Co.
